Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how our store collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit, place an order, request support, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we collect

Depending on your interaction, we may collect contact and account details, billing and delivery information, order and transaction records, customer-service communications, device and browser data, IP address, cookie identifiers, site activity, advertising interactions, and preferences.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the site and similar technologies, and from service providers such as payment processors, storefront and hosting services, carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics providers, and advertising partners.

How we use information

We use personal information to process payment and fulfill orders; provide tracking and support; administer returns and refunds; maintain and secure the site; prevent fraud; remember preferences; measure performance; comply with law; and improve products, services, and communications.

Cookies, analytics, Google Ads, and remarketing

Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies may keep the site functional, remember selections, analyze visits, measure conversions, and support advertising. We may use Google Ads services, including conversion tracking and remarketing, so advertising can be measured or tailored based on prior interactions. Google and other partners may combine information received through these technologies with information they hold under their own privacy terms.

Browser settings can block or delete some cookies, but doing so may affect site functions. Where required, consent controls allow you to manage nonessential technologies.

When information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that support checkout, payment, hosting, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, order delivery, customer support, and professional compliance; to authorities when legally required; or in connection with a legitimate business transaction. We do not authorize service providers to use information outside their contracted purpose.

California privacy rights

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give eligible California residents rights to know and access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, receive a portable copy, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To submit an access, correction, deletion, or portability request, or to appeal a response where applicable, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request when legally permitted and when authorization can be verified.

Do Not Sell or Share and Global Privacy Control

To opt out of activity that may be treated as a sale or sharing of personal information, use the Your Privacy Choices link available on the site or contact us. Where applicable, we recognize a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out request for the browser and device that sends it. Because a GPC signal is device-specific, you may need to enable it on each browser or device.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including order records, support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal or accounting duties. Retention periods vary by data type and obligation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children, external services, and changes

Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. External sites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or technical changes and will post the revised version on this page.
